Ajiri provides AI‑powered tools that assist employers with pre‑screening tasks, including initial contact, questionnaires, interview scheduling, and interview confirmations for job applicants.

The service is intended for employers and recruiters. Applicants may interact with the platform only as part of an employer’s hiring process.

3. User Accounts

Employers must create an account to access Ajiri. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate
• All activity that occurs under your account

Ajiri may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using Ajiri agree to:

• Use applicant data only for legitimate hiring purposes
• Comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws
• Ensure job postings and communications are truthful and non‑discriminatory

Ajiri is not responsible for employer hiring decisions or outcomes.

5. Applicant Communications

Ajiri automates communication with applicants on behalf of employers.

Employers acknowledge that:

• Automated messages are sent based on their configuration
• They are responsible for reviewing and approving message templates
• Ajiri does not guarantee applicant responses or interview attendance

6. Data Usage

Ajiri processes applicant information solely to deliver the service.

Data handling practices are detailed in the Ajiri Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Employers agree not to misuse applicant data or attempt to extract information beyond what is provided through the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
• Use Ajiri for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious files or interfere with system operations
• Misrepresent job opportunities or hiring intentions

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

8. Service Availability

Ajiri aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Marko LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology within Ajiri are owned by Marko LLC.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ajiri is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Marko LLC is not liable for:

• Hiring outcomes
• Loss of data caused by employer actions
• Damages resulting from misuse of the platform
• Third‑party employment decisions or communications

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marko LLC’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the employer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marko LLC from claims arising out of:

• Their use of Ajiri
• Their hiring practices
• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of applicant data

12. Termination

Marko LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.

Employers may terminate their account at any time.

Upon termination, data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
